General Information
Does KidKademy provide part-time care?
KidKademy is aware that household schedules can vary and that not every parent need full-time childcare. To meet such needs, we do provide part-time and half-day care with a flexible schedule 7 days a week.
What times does KidKademy operate?
KidKademy’s standard hours of operation are 6:00 AM- 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
What age range do you accept for children?
KidKademy will care for children aged 12 Months up to 12 Years.
Does KidKademy accommodate child with special educational needs?
Yes, our team will work with you to ensure we will be able to meet all your child’s special needs.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, excluding weekends and statutory holidays, we are open all year round.
Do you offer summer program?
Yes, there is summer program specific for Out of School Care
Does KidKademy have a late fee policy?
No, KidKademy never charge late fees.
Can I take a tour before in enroll my child?
Absolutely! Whether you want to explore options or register today, the next step is to fill out our Inquiry Form. Once submitted, we will reach out you via phone or email. During that exchange, you’ll be able to ask questions, learn more about fees and book a tour.
Nutrition
Does KidKademy provide meal?
Absolutely! At KidKademy, we understand that proper nutrition is essential for kids to grow and thrive both physically and mentally and so our meals and snacks are selected and prepared with utmost care from fresh ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible. Our guidelines minimize the use of sugar and salt for better options. We always work with families to ensure that all cultural preferences are met and allergies and food sensitivities are considered
Is your facility nut free?
Yes. We don’t use nuts to prepare meals or let kids bring in nuts-containing snacks to our center. All types of nuts from trees are included in this. Please remember to indicate any allergies your child has been diagnosed with on the registration form.
Can you accommodate my child’s allergies?
Yes, we can work within the menu and nutritional criteria to develop an alternative food plan that will allow your child to eat while at our centre and allow them to stay healthy.
Does my child have to be toilet trained?
The answer to this frequently asked question is NO! We support our families by helping with toilet training.
Will my child nap while in your care?
To ensure consistency between home and childcare, infants follow their own individual nap schedules provided by their parents.

What is your policy on discipline and child guidance?
We adhere to a positive child guidance model, which involves acknowledging the reasons behind a child’s behavior and empowering kids with choices to control their own behavior. When necessary, teachers give their students time away from the issue so they may think about their actions and come up with better responses with the help of their teacher.
How safe is KidKademy location?
The health and safety of your child is paramount. We not only adhere to all provincial and municipal public health guidelines but also follow the directions of our medical expert to maintain our health and safety practices. Cleanliness of the premises is maintained throughout the day with environment friendly products and our centre is cleaned professionally on evenings and weekends. In addition, infant and toddler spaces have a no-shoes policy in certain areas.
Does your centre offer transportation from home and from School?

Are your staff certified to be working with children?
KidKademy takes pride in its team of professionally trained child educators who are dedicated to inspiring and encouraging individuality for each child while ensuring the highest standards for a personalized learning experience for them. Their attentive and nurturing approach meshes perfectly with our curriculum, thereby providing every child with an environment that is specifically crafted to make them feel at home.
Have all the staff undergone background check?
Yes, each of our educators and supporting staff undergo background and vulnerability checks prior to hiring.
Are your staff all certified in CPR and First Aid Training?
Absolutely! All of our educators are certified in First Aid and CPR procedures.
