Toddlers

Our Toddler program incorporate the developmental needs of younger toddlers as they move through different phases in their development.

Toddlers Classroom

Toddler care areas at KidKademy include zones that are designed to provide different kinds of intellectual and tactile stimulation, as well as a “Cozy Corner” where kids can just relax when they need a break.

The toys and props in each of the zones are regularly changed, and we spend a brief period of time together every day reading and singing songs. Children are encouraged to participate in group activities, but are not required to.

Toddlers Curriculum

Our toddler curriculum emphasizes artistic and sensory activities that stimulate material exploration and the development of creativity. Children learn numerous techniques for manipulating materials, and produce works of self-expression through these practical experiences.

Our toddler programs’ schedules are particularly adaptable to each child’s specific needs. In addition to encouraging peer interactions and group projects throughout the day to foster social skills through peer interactions, our programs also foster physical development. Additionally, the kids will get to play outside twice a day (weather permitting).

Potty Training

In partnership with individual parents, another focus of our program for Toddlers is toilet training. Trained caregivers and educators will help young children to attempt to use the toilet during their regular diaper changes. We understand that every child has their own time and schedule for toilet training, and so no child will ever be rushed in the process. Records are kept of all progress so that parents can monitor their child’s progress.
