Preschoolers
KidKademy’s preschool program offers a range of learning opportunities, tailored to the interests and developmental milestones of younger preschoolers.
Our Preschool Care Activities
Younger preschoolers share at least two group activities each day, which may involve:
- Greeting each other
- Singing fun songs
- Listening to stories
- Sharing experiences
- Playing games
- Discussing the theme-related activities that day
Our learning spaces encourage independence, allowing young preschoolers to be themselves and to make their own choices about the specific areas they would like to play in and explore.
Preschool Learning Spaces
Our preschool learning activities are very large which allow us to include many diverse and interesting spaces, including for:
- Creative play
- Manipulative play
- Math and Science
- Literacy
- Music and act area

Outdoor Experiences
Anytime the weather permits, children at KidKademy are encouraged to play and explore outside twice each day, and our educators and caregivers bring curriculum-related games that are intended to both educate and stimulate. Our playgrounds are constructed with equipment that promotes physical activity and development, and after lunch and a time for rest, our kids begin their afternoon sessions.
Preschool Curriculum
KidKademy’s preschool curriculum is designed around our kids’ current knowledge of the relevant study areas and their preferences for further learning. Therefore, based on the children’s interests, our educators adapt their teaching strategies in order to engage the kids in directions that are meaningful for them. Themes can range from learning about why there are different seasons to about why clouds exist, or how animals can adapt to different environments. These themes are brought to life in our learning centers through the use of toys, tools, and props. In this way, our philosophy of play and inquiry is instilled in each child.
