Diversity and Inclusion

KidKademy belief unequivocally for diversity, equity and inclusion and against racism of all forms.

Visible Representation in Our Materials

KidKademy strives to provide representations to all cultures in our curriculum in order to help children from all backgrounds feel like part of the classroom community. When kids can see themselves and their cultures as part of their learning experience, they are much more likely to become engaged in the learning process.

Celebrating Our Differences

A common theme nowadays involves celebrating diversity but we feel that rather than identifying and focusing on our differences, our children are better served by exploring our similarities and the things that can bring us together. For young children especially, it is highly important to learn about what is common to all people and this is a fundamental goal at KidKademy.

Families as partner

Families as Partners

Every family is requested to complete an Introductory Questionnaire so that we can learn about their interests, personal and cultural backgrounds, and so on. The information shared in these questionnaires is used to help us build a learning environment where children from all backgrounds can feel welcome.
