General Information

KidKademy is aware that household schedules can vary and that not every parent need full-time childcare. To meet such needs, we do provide part-time and half-day care with a flexible schedule 7 days a week.

KidKademy’s standard hours of operation are 6:00 AM- 9:00 PM Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

KidKademy will care for children aged 12 Months up to 12 Years.

Yes, our team will work with you to ensure we will be able to meet all your child’s special needs.

Yes, excluding weekends and statutory holidays, we are open all year round.

Yes, there is summer program specific for Out of School Care

Nutrition

Absolutely! At KidKademy, we understand that proper nutrition is essential for kids to grow and thrive both physically and mentally and so our meals and snacks are selected and prepared with utmost care from fresh ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible. Our guidelines minimize the use of sugar and salt for better options. We always work with families to ensure that all cultural preferences are met and allergies and food sensitivities are considered

Yes. We don’t use nuts to prepare meals or let kids bring in nuts-containing snacks to our center. All types of nuts from trees are included in this. Please remember to indicate any allergies your child has been diagnosed with on the registration form.

Yes, we can work within the menu and nutritional criteria to develop an alternative food plan that will allow your child to eat while at our centre and allow them to stay healthy.

To ensure consistency between home and childcare, infants follow their own individual nap schedules provided by their parents.

When necessary, teachers give their students time away from the issue so they may think about their actions and come up with better responses with the help of their teacher.

The health and safety of your child is paramount. We not only adhere to all provincial and municipal public health guidelines but also follow the directions of our medical expert to maintain our health and safety practices. Cleanliness of the premises is maintained throughout the day with environment friendly products and our centre is cleaned professionally on evenings and weekends. In addition, infant and toddler spaces have a no-shoes policy in certain areas.
